Sippin Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and reside in the United States to use Sippin. By creating an

account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request proof of age at any time.

2. Your Account

- You may only have one account.

- You agree to provide accurate and current information.

- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

- You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Earning Points & Rebates

- Points and rebates are awarded for valid receipts from participating bars, restaurants, and liquor

stores.

- Only receipts that clearly show the date, location, and qualifying purchases are eligible.

- Fraudulent, altered, or duplicate receipts will result in account suspension or termination.

- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end the points program at any time.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

- Submit fake or altered receipts.

- Use the app for unlawful purposes.

- Share or sell your account.

- Attempt to hack, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features in Sippin are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use

them without written permission.

6. Responsible Use of Alcohol

Sippin promotes responsible drinking. Never drink and drive. If you choose to consume alcohol, do

so legally and safely.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sippin is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of points, or

availability of rewards. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental

damages.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved by binding

arbitration in California, unless prohibited by law.
